Lungs keep us alive and well and for the most part, we don't need to think about them. Here are some ways to keep your lungs healthy.

Varicose Veins and Golfers

Varicose veins are the dilated, clearly visible, bluish channels, seen on the legs , almost invariably . They occur commonly in women particularly after multiple pregnancies, also in young men and women, who indulge in sport and regular physical activities. Veins are the blood vessel that bring back the blood to the heart, from the tissues, due to the erect posture of the human being, the return of flow from the lower limbs , is always against the force of gravity.

What is breast cancer screening
Cancer screening involves testing apparently healthy people for signs that could show that a cancer is developing.
Breast cancer screening uses a test called mammography which involves taking X-rays of the breasts. Screening can help to find breast cancers early, when they are too small to see or feel. These tiny breast cancers are usually easier to treat than larger ones.
