1. What are your hours of operation?


What are the visiting times?
Visiting time vary from ward to ward, you can ask the ward administrator or the nurse on your ward when you arrive.

2. Clinic Visit


What is the process for scheduling an appointment in one of the clinics?
You can walk in for the next available appointment or you can call to book an appointment on 800 ALZAHRA (2592472) / 04 378 6666.

Will I receive a call to re-confirm my appointment?
Yes, you will receive a call from the call center one day before your appointment.

What if I cant make my appointment date?
If you cannot make your appointment or need to change the date/time please call us to re-arrange / cancel on 04 378 6666.

What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Register at the reception desk and be seated in the waiting area. You then will be called to see the doctor. After seeing the doctor go to the cashiers, take the receipt from the cashier and go for remaining procedures if needed.

What happens if I am late for the appointment?
Your appointment is only valid for that particular day. You will not be seen by the doctor if you are more than 30 minutes late and the appointment will have to be rescheduled for another day.

How much will my appointment cost?
Each insurance has different co-pay requirement, this will depend on your insurance provider.

How long will my appointment take?
Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your appointment. The total time will depend on the reason for your visit and if there are additional tests that need to be performed, such as an x-ray or lab tests.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please bring with you Emirates ID or Passport and your insurance card.

How can I give my feedback?
Any feedback can be directed to the patient relation or customer service department.

3. Insurance


What insurances are accepted?
Most insurance plans are accepted, however there may be certain consultations, procedures or medications that are not covered based on your individual insurance plan, for more information please call our insurance department on 04 378 6666 Ext 6780, 6781, 6782, 6783, 6785.

4. Location


Is parking available?
Yes indoor and outdoor parking is available.

How can I Commute from the nearby by metro station?
The Hospital provides a free shuttle bus service to pick up and drop patient to Sharaf DG Metro Station.

5. Facilities


What additional facilities do you have?
We a have cafeteria, coffee shop, Patchi chocolate boutique, minimarket, gift and balloon shop, snack and tea / coffee vending machines, ATM machine, WIFI access for Inpatients and indoor and outdoor parking.
